You can track your order by using the link we send you via email. Just enter your tracking number on the courier website to see the status of your shipment. If you have any issues, feel free to reach out.
If there are issues that require compensation, we can make adjustments using some of these resolution actions; re-shipment, refund, or account credit
Items from your order can be removed before shipping. To add items just place a new order. Once an order is in transit changes to destination may be made, but customer is responsible for courier surcharges.
Yes. Only in our local delivery area and there are premium fees for this level of service. Most orders are easily scheduled weekly and same-day service is not needed.
We have negotiated rates with UPS. We can also ship with USPS and FedEx. Each business day we are shipping.
Freight LTL is available and a buyer may use their own freight account. We also use Canada Post and Purolator for parcels in Canada
Once an order is in transit with a parcel service we can not change your delivery method. Some delays occur from bad weather and typically delay is one day.
We don’t refund shipping fees where we have shipped the order with the correct service level and courier.
If damage occurs in transit and this causes a delay, we may re-ship your order if direction of the delivery is being returned by the courrier.
Yes, we offer delivery outside of Detroit Area. We have competitive parcel and freight options. We will try to provide quotes for this service on the website, but we may ask for adjustments once the order is finalized for pickup.
To cancel an order, contact customer service as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped, we can help you cancel it without any charges.
Orders in transit may incur courier fees to return for refund.
Adjustments for compensation may occur with account credit, re-shipment, and refund. In some cases the unwanted items may be returned.
Absolutely! You can choose to pick up your order at our location. Just select this option at checkout and we’ll have it ready for you.
You can also shop our warehouse for additional items and cash out on a point of sale.
We need feedback to make the best service, but we don’t show product reviews or solicit feedback unnecessarily. There are too many places constantly begging for feedback through surveys.
Box fees can occur especially where excessive packaging is required. This can happen with glass cases in parcel shipping.
Direct delivery fees may occur for gas surcharges or priority time slots.
